PREFLIGHT RISK ENGINE v1.0.0

Deterministic. Explainable. Versioned.

Risk, confidence and policy answer different questions. PREFLIGHT keeps them structurally separate.

Observed risk

A deterministic configuration assigns bounded contributions to supported evidence-backed signals. Every report records its methodology version, inputs, missing data and score contributions.

Confidence is not risk

HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW confidence reflects evidence completeness: verified source, ABI, resolved implementation, traces, holder coverage, protocol adapter, liquidity visibility and index coverage. A low score with LOW confidence is not a clean bill of health.

Policy is not risk

Policy evaluates explicit organizational rules such as blocking unlimited approvals or requiring a timelock. A low-risk action can still be blocked by policy.

Limitations

Unsupported analysis is labeled NOT AVAILABLE or INSUFFICIENT DATA. PARTIAL reports enumerate missing subsystems. PREFLIGHT provides automated intelligence—not financial, investment, or legal advice; not a guarantee of safety; and not a substitute for a professional manual audit.
